We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly, based on individual circumstances.
Warranty Coverage
At Midwife Mumma, we stand by the quality of our products with a comprehensive warranty coverage. Our warranty covers failures caused by non-human factors, including most battery-operated items. However, please note that certain situations are not covered: improper use, rough handling, unauthorised repairs, normal wear and tear (e.g., batteries, breast pump accessories), accidental damage, misuse, products purchased through unofficial channels, inability to provide valid proof of purchase, second-hand products, freebies, and out-of-warranty items.
