While we are still settling into a routine (mostly mumma still working on that part) this guide has been an absolute guiding light to what I know will be successful.

This guide has been perfect for us. My 10 week old is a solid sleeper overnight but I needed assistance to help have a happier and calmer baby and Mumma during the day. In particular I found information about sleep cycles, awake times and settling ideas to be very helpful. Prior to buying the guide my bub was being cuddled every nap. He now has his first sleep cycle of every nap in his cot or the pram. I still cuddle him till his 2 hour nap is through, but that little bit of time apart is perfect for us. He also loves motion so he has been settled to sleep with bouncing, rocking whatever works really. I like that I can continue to do that while introducing some other techniques that I know I can use in the cot further down the track. I know I am getting him ready for a smooth transition as his sleep matures. I love being to plan for my days with some certainty about what my bub will need at that time. My favourite part is that to get started I can pick and choose what works for us, what nap I want to focus on and I can go at my own pace. It’s so low pressure, perfect for us mummas who are already putting so much pressure on ourselves.
I found the sleep program simple to understand and was a good guideline to sleeping routines as a FTM
