I am a big fan of the Midwife Mumma and I am finding the guide really helpful. There definitely is no magic tricks (which Amelia makes clear) but we are slowing seeing improvements in our 4 month old and her sleeps. I know we will get there- it is just going to take a bit of time and lots of persistence.

This guide provided both my partner and I the tools to manage bubba’s sleeping needs and best yet encourages us to work together without questioning our methods. It has also taken a weight off our shoulders as new parents. It has not only given my partner the confidence to take care of bubba on his own, but me the confidence not to interfere. Our bubba responded well to the guidelines and the settling techniques and we were amazed at the consistency. Before I knew it I was able to pop out for exercise while he slept soundly during the day (partner working from home). It also meant I was able to do more or simply relax during the day providing me with a fresh and positive attitude. Applying the guidelines also makes it a lot easier to handle changes to sleep patterns during leaps, growth spurts, sickness etc. I’m a lot more open minded about changes knowing we can slip back into a routine. Having the guidelines also means you can tag team with your partner especially when mama needs a break. I’m so happy my partner and I can provide bubba with this stability.
I have loved my 3-12month guide line! It has helped so much. As soon as I used it my babe went from sleeping 2-3hrs , to the entire night waking up between 7.00am /8.00am. It’s been an absolute dreeeam! The sleepy app is great to!

I have loved having my 3 to 12 month guideline to refer too. But what has made this even better is the Sleepy App! It has made it so so easy to access the specific area that I might need help or reminding about (awake times / cycles / routines) instead of scrolling through a pdf. I have found the information so easy to follow, read and better yet understand! Which has made is even better to do and now I have an amazing sleeper!!! This mumma here is over the moon!
