    Calmer mum

    A new baby no matter how many kids you have is an adjustment too life. I’ve literally been going crazy with cat napping and sleepless nights. This program has been amazing as it has given me a schedule to work with and around and given me some confidence back in knowing what my baby wants when he does get upset and allowed me to know when to put him to sleep gently before he gets overtired and upset trying to tell me he’s tired. Made me a calmer mum and given us a happier we’ll rested baby. Thankyou so much!

    Sleep improvements!

    My 12 week old was a serious cat napper through out the day but slept ok at night. Day 5 of using your program and she is starting to link her sleep cycles with having at least one decent nap a day. Your program has been a lifesaver, giving me the confidence and guidance for my little ones sleep!

    Bought the 3-12 month program a few weeks ago. Bubs is 15 weeks and has fortunately always been a great sleeper but in the last 6 weeks had been becoming more difficult during the day, sometimes only sleeping for 45 mins at a time.
    The program has given me confidence with re settling, identifying the types of crying and what to do about it and most importantly focusing on the importance of age appropriate awake times. I hadn’t increased bubs awake time for a while and his day sleeps were being effected by this. Bubs is learning to link sleep cycles and I feel like I’m getting a great routine after only demand feeding prior to starting the program.
    The community on FB is such an asset to have whenever you are unsure about anything, the support and knowledge is incredible, particularly for a first time mum.

    Work in progress

    The sleep guide has helped give me some amazing tips for settling and re-settling my baby. I love how the guide is very flexible and user friendly and you can take what information works for you! After only a week or two using the techniques my baby has begun to connect some of her sleep cycles through the day! So great :) thank you!
