I highly recommend a speed consult if you’re struggling with bub’s sleep 🙌🏼
Hayley was so lovely and reassuring during our speed consult and didn’t make it feel like a rush. My 6 month old has decided be an early riser for the last couple of weeks.
Hayley gave me information of awake windows, length of naps, etc, and said that the early rising was due to overtiredness.
Bub is still waking early but it has only been 2 days since our consult and I’m determined to stick to it 😊

Hayley was so warm and welcoming to speak to and gave me the tools and reassurance to help with my 2 year old fighting naps & bed time. In 3 days we went from taking 2 hours to get her to sleep, to her going straight to sleep with no assistance!
I was ready to spring for the text assist but it really wasn’t needed when it was actually just a matter of routine and settling technique.
Best money I’ve spent. Will definitely be back for any future sleep issues.

Really happy with my phone consult. Have followed Amelia's products for the past 4.5 years. Followed all her sleep advice and had great success. My 2yr old decided waking at 515am for 5 weeks was his new normal. A 15 minute chat and I was guided in the right direction for him to get more sleep and so I can get ready for work before he wakes.
