How do I send a gift?
Add the goodies to your cart, then at checkout, choose ‘Add a gift message.’ Write your message, pop in their email, choose when to send it, and hit save. Enter their address and finish up your order.
Will my gift be wrapped?
We don’t offer traditional gift wrapping, but you can add a stylish gift box for $10. If you skip the gift box, your order will arrive in our eco-friendly, recyclable packaging.
Can I include a message with a gift card?
Yes! After you buy a Midwife Mumma digital gift card, you’ll get an email with options to send it. You can personalise the card and add your message then.
How do I track my gift?
Once we dispatch your order, you’ll get a tracking link via email. Use this to see where your gift is and when it will arrive.
How can I check my gift’s delivery status?
After dispatch, use the tracking number provided to keep an eye on your gift’s journey. If there are any issues, email us at hello@themidwifemumma.com.au.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
Once your order is confirmed, we can’t make changes. Please double-check all details before finalising your purchase.
Can I use a discount code for a gift order?
Definitely! Just make sure your cart meets the requirements of the discount code or promotion.
Can the recipient return the gift if needed?
Yes, they can return the gift if it meets our returns policy. If they need help finding something else, just give us a shout!
Does someone need to be home to receive the gift?
Nope! As long as there’s a safe place to leave it. If not, it’ll be taken to the nearest post office or collection point, and you’ll get a notification via your tracking emails.
