Intellectual property means all our proprietary rights and interests, the Copyright Act 1966 (Commonwealth) and under the law of a country other than Australia. By accessing the website and agreeing to the terms and conditions of your use of the website and its contents; Programs ( PDF documents) for sale on The Midwife Mumma and or any products and services available for sale on this website.
Use of online Sleep School Program or eBook
You Acknowledge and agree that in downloading any service or product from the website it is protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights and laws and remain the property of The Midwife Mumma.
By acknowledging the above, you agree to not:
(a) copy, distribute, transmit, transfer, communicate, disseminate, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, transfer, or sell the Sleep Program or eBook;
(b) modify or make any alterations, additions or amendments to any part of the Sleep Program or eBook;
Cancellation/Termination
The Midwife Mumma reserves the right to terminate these services in accordance with these Terms of service outlined. This may include, but not limited to, our online programs and private forums.
Digital Refunds
Due to the nature of our Products and Services, all Purchases for digital downloads made at The Midwife Mumma are non-refundable or exchangeable. This also includes all private consultations offered by The Midwife Mumma.
Consult Refunds
Full refund with more than 24 hours notice. We will refund half if less then 24 hours.
Product Refunds
No refunds on change of mind and replacements will be issued at the discretion of The Midwife Mumma team alongside adequate proof of issue.
Warranty
6 months on all physical consumer products.
Download Limit
All programs and ebook are limited to 3 DOWNLOADS ONLY. Once you have exhausted this limit, you will be required to purchase your product again.
Disclaimer
You acknowledge that your use of the website and its products and/or services is at your sole risk. The Midwife Mumma is not a medical body and does not give you any medical advice or assistance. The Midwife Mumma encourages you to seek appropriate medical advice or assistance before engaging in our products or services including all programs.
