How soon can the recipient chat with a consultant?
Upon purchasing, they’ll hear from us via text to organise a time to chat with one of our certified consultants, often on the same day of purchase!
How does the 30 sleep consultations work as a gift?
Feel like you have a few questions but don’t need the full support package? Just after a few tweaks? Our 30-minute chat per child option is perfect! If you have multiple children, you’ll need one booking per child.
How will the recipient know about their sleep consultation gift?
Once you purchase the sleep consultation, we’ll send them a message to arrange a convenient time to chat. It’s all about making it easy and supportive for them.
Do we work within their timetable?
Sure do! They can book their consultation at any time that works best for them, with no expiry on the booking. We’re all about fitting into their schedule.
