CONSULT - PHONE

Hi Hayley thank you so much for everything night three last night and Alexander is sleeping through stirring here and there but I haven't had to go in! Just wanted to say thanks again and we will be in touch if things change. 🫶

Morning ☀️ great news, Sophie had the best sleep she has had jn a long time! We think she is teething so quite a bit of screaming at 5.30pm but gave her some baby Panadol and she quickly settled. Night routine was this:

5.45pm- Bath and The MWM wind down routine

6.15pm- sleep

10pm- nappy change and 120ml feed, easily back to sleep

2.30am- 180ml bottle, straight back down no tears

3.30pm was a bit restless so I changed her nappy and gave her a cuddle then put her down and she settled immediately

7am- woke up for the day

The whole waking after each sleep cycle (every 45 mins) stopped completely last night. Why?! So good though!! 🙏🙌

You probably hear this all the time Hayley but omg I cannot believe how quickly her sleep has improved!!! Thank you so much 😍
The last 2 nights she’s only woken for her feeds and been able to sleep or self settle herself within seconds. It’s life changing.
Yesterday she slept for 2 hours during a day nap for the first time in I don’t know how long. She just fell asleep within 3 minutes of going into her cot. Ditching the dummy was the best decision she definitely doesn’t need it.

Where do I even begin! My baby was waking multiple times a night and cat napping for months and months during the day. We were lucky if he slept for 30mins. He needed 10-15mins of bouncing, shhhing, patting and rocking to get him to sleep. In 4 days our baby now puts himself to sleep in less then 5mins with no crying/protesting and sleeps for 1.5 - 2 hours twice a day. At night he wakes once for a feed ( THIS HAPPENED IN 4 DAYS!!!!!). Georgia is so easy to talk to and so helpful. She answered my texts at all hours and was never judgemental at all!! Georgia contacted me within 30mins of purchasing the consult (AMAZING) and we had planned a time for the phone consult the next day. Sleep really does fix everything. I could never thank Georgia enough for all the help, she is bloody amazing 🤍🤍🤍

I was a breaking point, baby was waking every hour. With three other kids I needed a solution that would work! Hayley was amazing, she made contact with me almost immediately after purchase and I was booked in for consult the next day. Hayley made me feel at ease, offering insights and a thorough plan to start implementing that night following our phone consult. The 14 days text support was so beneficial as it helped hold me accountable and we could make changes as we went along based on my babies behaviour.
We have had some ups and downs since due to sickness and holiday but I now have the knowledge and skills to get him back on track. Baby (10 months) is now going to sleep independently and sleeping 12hrs a night with 2 great naps during the day. Highly recommend and worth every penny. Thanks again Hayley x
